One of the best hotel experiences ever. The location is perfect! The staff is kind, thoughtful and exceptional. Beautiful, curated rooms. You're surrounded in quiet luxury from start to finish. We were there for a large, overwhelming event. They handled it calmly with fantastic patience. I can't say enough good things about our stay. Simply amazing in every way ❤️
This is one of the best hotel experiences I have had in a long time. Every little detail has been thought through. The rooms are beautiful and we had an amazing view of the river. The bed was so comfortable and breakfast is excellent. You must include the spa, it’s one of the best hotel spa experiences that I have done, with a sauna, steam room, multiple pools and a lovely setting. The location is also very convenient. This is a world class luxury hotel! We loved it
Top notch all of the way around. The service and staff really could not have been better. Everyone we interacted with from the housekeeping staff to the concierges were so kind and helpful. They went the extra mile. Rooms are a bit dated and the tub was difficult to get in and out of but overall they very nice and clean. Most importantly, it was so quiet. I didn’t hear another guest the whole time I was there. Breakfast buffet was nice with many options! Highly recommend!
Staff and service here was truly the best we could hope for. Every staff member called us by our names, was incredibly accommodating with requests, and spoke perfect English. On several occasions, they quickly coordinated last minute logistic details which saved my wife and I a lot of trouble (which we appreciated). The only downside is the A/C was hard to figure out how to work (took us 3 nights to figure out how to cool the room, so this was more user error but still would've liked to understand how to cool the room... typical America I know LOL). Location of the hotel was perfect: close to Gamla Stan, the Christmas Markets, and lots of places to shop & eat.
One of the best hotels in the world, in large part due to the staff and team here-- anything you need is done within minutes! Very friendly and warm too! I had just come from Arctic Bath and this was exactly what I needed after that more adventurous experience. Stayed a total of 4 nights, so I am confident in my rating. The food is delicious, hot, and room service arrives very fast. Toiletries--by Etro--are great; bed is huge and very comfortable; rooms are perfectly quiet all hours of the day; extremely soft towels, robes, and slippers... The works! Not to mention the beautiful architecture and design. The location also can't be beat. Happy to come back any time, such a beautiful hotel! Wishing the team at the Grand the best! 👏
