Great hostel. Very safe, clean and quiet. This is a wonderful hostel with kind staff. Breakfast was great, rooms were very clean with hot water and comfortable beds. Secure location, walking distance to many cafes, places to eat and local night life.

I stayed 2 weeks in this well managed, quiet and intimate hostel in a prime Santiago location within close proximity to many desirable tourist friendly establishments such as quaint cafes, fine restaurants and small markets. There is also a bustling nightlife area with numerous bars and live music venues about a 10 minute walk away. Many of Santiago's tourist attractions including the historic centre of town are easily accessible on foot. I had a room with a spacious private bathroom and large comfortable bed. The water pressure was good and hot water was readily available. The hostel's wifi reception was good. It was quiet here at night and I got a good nights sleep throughout my stay. The hostel provided a complimentary hearty breakfast for guests and the kitchen facilities were well equipped and kept clean. The hostel staff were all courteous, professional, accommodating and English speaking. The hostel includes a small coffee shop that sells delicious sandwiches, cakes and beverages. Guests of the hostel receive a 10% discount on purchases. This was a wonderful and welcoming place to stay for my 2 weeks in Santiago as a solo senior (65 yr old) traveller. I would definitely stay here again when visiting Santiago.

I had an amazing stay at this accommodation! The location is perfect—less than a ten-minute walk to Bellavista with its vibrant bars and restaurants, and equally close to the cable car up to Cerro San Cristobal. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, always ready to answer any questions and offer useful tips. The breakfast was delicious, plentiful, and provided a great start to each day. My room was ideally sized , and the bed was incredibly cozy and comfortable. Thanks to multiple heaters, the room stayed warm and inviting, making it very comfortable even during colder nights. The bathroom was perfectly suitable for the duration of my stay. The overall location felt very safe, as did the surrounding area. I would absolutely choose to stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the city! Only really small optimization would be some Soap and Shampoo for the shower :-)

In our two months of travel in countless accommodations this b&b stood out as one of the best by far. A beautiful home-made breakfast each morning was a highlight, eating in the sun drenched courtyard. The location felt safe, quiet, warm and homely with plush bedding and amazing hot showers!! The hostel cat Tara was the best companion for endless hugs and we’ll be coming back just for her. Keep it up team and thankyou!
