We stayed at the st. Regis for our wedding night and the experience was absolutely phenomenal. Every single representative of the hotel was so courteous, excited for us, and easy to talk to. We felt very VIP and they really went out of their way to make a luxury stay. Every part of our room was modern, luxurious, and comfortable. The pool was fabulous & the food delicious. We especially want to thank Girly at the front desk - she truly made our wedding experience so much more special, and is a wonderful asset to the St. Regis. We had a wonderful stay at the St Regis SF! From the moment we arrived, service was exceptional. Special shoutout to Gilbert at the front desk and Concierge team for going above and beyond to accommodate our 2 month old baby. They provided us a baby crib which was amazing as it helped us stay comfortable throughout the night. Hotel itself is beautiful with fantastic city views and wonderful restaurant for great breakfast and dinner options. Easily one of the best hotels in SF we have ever stayed at. We will definitely be coming back again in the future!
The St. Regis San Francisco is a beautiful, modern hotel. The staff is friendly, attentive, and genuinely service forward. Check in was seamless from start to finish. The room was gorgeous and had all of the world class amenities one would expect from a hotel of this caliber. The views of Salesforce Tower and the rest of the city were iconic. I had the delightful pleasure of ordering room service, and it did not disappoint. The room also featured a gorgeous soaking tub, which I absolutely took advantage of, and I have to say it was one of the best hotel soaking tubs I’ve experienced. The bath amenities were top tier. The shower was also very spacious, and the water pressure was just right. The bed was comfortable, and turndown service was a lovely touch. Guests also have exclusive access to the museum next door, which is a wonderful added perk. Be sure to check with the concierge for details. Definitely recommend.
The St Regis is the most accommodating hotel we have experienced period. We were so impressed with the hospitality and the attention to detail. The staff is committed to giving you a great experience and it's showed from the time we walked through the door. I want to give a special shout out to Daniel Rey and Robert for their help with providing us guidance on what the city had to offer. Our wine country tour with Joe Cohen was simply amazing. He was such a great person. We will definitely stay at the St Regis when we return to San Francisco.
As always, a lovely place to stay. Close to everything and mostly quiet (still got a bit of street noise even on the 12th floor). Customer service was impeccable and professional. Rooms are well appointed and very clean and comfortable.
