Fantastic - this had to be one of the best ice-creams that we had in Turkey. The Staff were very friendly and courteous; the service was first rate; and the ice creams were so fresh and delicious! And the prices were very good. Probably the best 'value for money' that we had whilst in Turkey. Well done!!

This cost me 150 liras for a scoop of ice cream and this Turkish desert. The server was mumbling something about me being a cheapo tho... Cos the set was 200 with coffee and I didn't want to get that. He tried to intro to get me to buy more cos I was Chinese but I didn't. The ice cream was good 😊. But they didn't serve it in a cup.

Meşhur Hisarönü Şambalicisi 1942’den Beri is one of those places that completely lives up to its reputation. The şambali is absolutely delicious — soft, rich, and perfectly balanced in sweetness. You can taste the tradition and quality in every bite. A special thanks to Mustafa, who made the experience even better with his warm hospitality and friendly attitude. He was attentive, kind, and made us feel truly welcome. It’s the perfect stop while exploring Kemeraltı — a taste of İzmir’s history and genuine kindness all in one place!

Tasted stale and top part was very tough. Kaymak was the only saving grace. Not worth the hype at all

We went in the morning when the place was still quiet. It lived up to our expectation (the ice cream scoops were surprisingly good too). The lady attending us was really attentive and informative too. 10/10 would recommend this place.
